Privacy Policy

OddlyMarket is a non-custodial front for Oddly slips and Polymarket football markets. This policy explains what we process when you browse, connect Oddly, or connect a wallet.

1. What we collect

  • Oddly connect session (name or email Oddly already has — we do not store your Oddly password)
  • Wallet address, funder address, and trade metadata you generate on this site
  • Device and usage data such as pages viewed, errors, and approximate region
  • Legal-acceptance flags stored in your browser so we know you agreed to Terms and Privacy

2. What we do not collect

We never ask for seed phrases. We never hold USDC. We do not run a house wallet. Private keys stay in your wallet or WalletConnect session.

3. How we use data

  • Show your book, slips, and OddlyMarket leaderboard
  • Attach official Builder Codes to orders you sign
  • Keep the product secure and debug failures
  • Meet legal requests when required

4. Processors and venues

Oddly processes your Oddly account under Oddly’s privacy policy. Polymarket processes venue activity under Polymarket’s privacy policy. WalletConnect, your browser wallet, and Polymarket’s CLOB see what you sign. Read those policies as well.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use a short-lived connect cookie for Oddly OAuth, theme preference, How-it-works dismiss, and your legal acceptance. You can clear site data in the browser; you will need to agree again before connecting.

6. Retention

Session cookies expire. Placement records we store to power the OddlyMarket board are kept while the product needs them or until you ask us to delete what we control. We cannot delete Polymarket chain or CLOB history.

7. Your choices

Disconnect your wallet, log out of Oddly, or email Oddly via oddly.gg/contact and mention OddlyMarket to request deletion of data we store.

8. Children

OddlyMarket is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Material changes may require a new tick on connect.
