Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern oddlymarket.com (“OddlyMarket”, “we”, “us”). OddlyMarket is a non-custodial prediction aggregator. AI match reads come from Oddly. Live prices and order matching happen on Polymarket. By using the site, connecting Oddly, or connecting a wallet, you agree to these Terms.

1. What OddlyMarket is

OddlyMarket shows football match markets, maps Oddly slips to Polymarket moneylines, and lets you sign orders from your own wallet. We are not a broker, exchange, bank, or custodian. We never hold USDC, private keys, or your Polymarket balance.

2. Polymarket terms apply to venue trades

When you place, cancel, or settle an order on Polymarket through OddlyMarket, you are using Polymarket’s exchange and CLOB. Those actions are also governed by Polymarket’s Terms of Use and Polymarket’s Privacy Policy. If these Terms and Polymarket’s terms conflict for a venue trade, Polymarket’s terms control that trade. Official Builder Codes may attach to the order you sign. Polymarket remains the exchange.

3. Oddly account

Connecting Oddly uses Oddly’s connector. Oddly slips, history, and hit rate remain subject to Oddly’s terms and Oddly’s privacy policy. OddlyMarket does not store your Oddly password.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use prediction markets in your location. You are responsible for complying with local law. We may refuse or limit access.

5. Not advice

OddlyMarket, Oddly AI outputs, prices, and any “pick” language are information tools, not financial, betting, or investment advice. Markets can go to zero. You can lose the full notional you sign.

6. You sign every order

Orders are signed in your wallet and sent to Polymarket from your address or funder. You are responsible for wallet security, gas, USDC, and any Smart Wallet or Deposit Wallet you use. We do not recover funds sent to the wrong address.

7. Acceptable use

You will not abuse the site, scrape in a way that harms the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use OddlyMarket to break law or Polymarket’s rules.

8. Risk and limitation

Prediction markets are volatile. AI reads can be wrong. Venue data can lag or fail. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OddlyMarket and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost funds, failed orders, or third-party outages including Oddly, Polymarket, WalletConnect, or your wallet.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a post means you accept the new Terms. First-time connect still requires you to tick and accept the current Terms, Privacy Policy, and Polymarket Terms of Use.
